Cornflake Nests - makes 12
- 200g chocolate
- 25g golden syrup
- 1/3 box gluten free cornflakes
- Choice – nuts, dried fruit

The wheat, gluten and lactose free store cupboard
Spread 12 cupcake cases on a baking tray and flatten down.
Break up the chocolate into a bowl suitable for the microwave.
Melt the chocolate on a low heat in the microwave.
Cook for 30 seconds at a time, stirring each time until melted.
Stir in the golden syrup, cornflakes and nuts or fruit if adding
Spoon into the cake cases. If making nests, make a dip in the centre and place gluten free mini easter eggs into the centre.
Leave to set.

Use dairy free chocolate to coat the cornflakes.
