Brandy Butter - serves 4 / 6
- 100g unsalted butter
- 200g icing sugar
- 2 tbsp brandy

Beat the butter and icing sugar until white and fluffy.
Stir in the brandy. Taste and add more brandy if desired!
The brandy can be substituted for rum in this recipe.
how to make this recipe dairy free...
100g dairy free margarine
400g icing sugar
2 tbsp brandy
Stir the icing sugar into the dairy free margarine. Do not beat the mixture as it will split.
If you want to add extra brandy, add the brandy a drop at a time. The margarine will split if too much brandy is added.
