• 1 tin chickpeas, drained
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp gluten free baking powder
  • salt and pepper to season

Blend the chickpeas in a food processor.

Add the rest of the ingredients and blend together.

Leave to stand for 30 minutes.

Divide into 8 balls then flatten slightly, deep fry or shallow fry on both sides until golden brown.

These freeze really well.
