Dairy Free Coconut Toffees
- 100g caster sugar
- 200ml coconut cream
- pinch gluten free baking powder

- Line a lipped baking tray with greased greaseproof paper.
- Place all ingredients in a large saucepan and stir constantly over a low heat. When it turns to a caramel colour pour onto the baking tray.
- When nearly set, score into squares. This sets to a chewy toffee.
