Brandy Butter - serves 4 / 6
- 75g dairy free margarine
- 300g icing sugar
- 3 tbsp brandy

- Beat the butter and icing sugar until white and fluffy.
- Stir in the brandy. Taste and add more brandy if desired!
- The brandy can be substituted for rum in this recipe.
