Brandy Butter - serves 4 / 6


  • 75g dairy free margarine
  • 300g icing sugar
  • 3¬†tbsp brandy

  1. Beat the butter and icing sugar until white and fluffy.
  2. Stir in the brandy. Taste and add more brandy if desired!
  3. The brandy can be substituted for rum in this recipe.
