Banana and Custard Flan - - serves 8
- 1 x 8in sweet pastry case, cooked (see sweet pastry case)
- Half quantity pastry cream – using 280ml milk (Link to recipe)
- 2 or 3 bananas
- 280ml dairy free whipping cream

Slice up the banana and place all over the bottom of the cooked pastry case.
Make the pastry cream, leave to cool slightly before covering the banana completely.
Leave to cool then chill in the fridge.
Whip the dairy free cream and spoon over and make swirl patterns with your spoon.
Sprinkle over grated dairy free chocolate or chocolate curls to decorate.
