About me
My name is Gemma Mcfarlane and I've been catering for special diets for more than ten years. A professional pastry chef, I set up Iced Gem Cakes, making celebration and wedding cakes. I specialised in gluten, wheat and dairy free baking.
Many people think having special dietary requirements means they have to give up their favourite foods, but that needn't be the case. I've spent years researching ingredients and creating recipes that anyone can follow to make their own delicious cakes, pastries and treats.
By putting my recipes online I hope to introduce you to the joys of gluten and dairy free baking.
